Today AdHocnium is adding four (4) new Creative Catalysts Ayelet Noff, B.L. Ochman, Ronna Porter and Shel Holtz. In our continuing efforts to provide a global perspective to our clients and serve the unique needs of multinational corporations and communications agencies, we are proud to introduce you to Ayelet Noff from Israel and Ronna Porter from Germany. Both women truly ‘get it’ and have a strong background in traditional communications activities as well as digital. I am also very proud to call both friends and am looking forward to working more closely with both of them.
Additionally, two of the leading voices in Social Media out of the US are also joining us on this journey. B.L. Ochman is a long time Internet and communications pioneer who has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world. Last but not least is the addition of my good friend and colleague (and prolific author of books like the recently released Tactical Transparency) Shel Holtz. Shel and I (Chris Heuer) most recently worked together on a social media strategy engagement for the Blood Centers of the Pacific. They are in their early phases of implementation, but have a tremendously smart and motivated group of people working on executing the programs.
With this expansion we now have a bakers dozen of Creative Catalysts across the US, Europe and the Middle East. We have a few more people to announce, hopefully right after the holidays so we can get our communications and collaboration technology together and smooth our our processes some more. Thankfully, we have already received several client inquiries and are beginning discussions about possible engagements. We have also received numerous inquiries about folks who want to become a Creative Catalyst with AdHocnium. This is one of the operational things we need to work out - a process through which we will expand and how big is too big.
I don’t want to put any constraints on what we are or what we arent just yet, we neeed to step into the chaordic soup of our shared experiences and figure out what is going to be best. In talking with a potential team member the other day, he pointed out that this economic crisis is the thing that will finally force companies to reimagine their workplace. The next five months are the perfect time to form a talent based business using fundamentally original models. It was very inisghtful about what we are doing and very helpful to hear.
On a different note, several of the AdHocnium Creative Catalysts, including JD Lasica, Tom Foremski, Brian Solis, Chris Heuer and others will be at CES in Las Vegas next month where we hope to launch our first streaming video show. Heuer (thats me
is also producing The Ultimate Blogger Dinner hosted by Social Media Club and Lenovo. If you are a blogger and you are in Vegas for CES, contact Chris to request an invitation. If you a company that would be interested in sitting down with a few of us to discuss and review your strategy for 2009, please contact us as soon as possible.
