Rachel Masters is a partner and co-founder of Red Magnet Media a marketing agency that uses social marketing to help companies connect with their consumer with an impact. Red Magnet Media’s clients include Linkin Park, Hearst Corporation, Michael Mina and TheHunt. She is also on the Board of Advisors of Bandpage.
Before co-founding Red Magnet Media, Rachel was the Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Ning. At Ning, Rachel managed over 300 branded social networks with partners like 50 Cent, Red Light Management, and Telepictures.
Prior to Ning, Rachel was the Associate Director of Strategic Relationships and Business Development at Warner Music Group. Rachel has also worked as an Associate at StarVest Partners, L.P., and as a television producer at Cablevision, Fox, and MTV Networks.
Rachel holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, where she was named a University Scholar and graduated cum laude and with High Honors. Rachel also received a MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
