With over 20 years of not-so-traditional HR and management experience, my approach to solving business challenges centers around operational agility and values alignment. I help organizations solve talent problems with a balance of disruptive innovation and sound principles.
Most recently I served as the Global Head of HR and Administration for Omidyar Network, a philanthropic investment firm founded by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar and his wife, Pam. At ON I was part of the management team that transformed the organization from a US based foundation to a global, hybrid organization with employees in five countries. Prior to ON, I ran HR and administration functions for companies in the bio-tech, software, and VC industries.
