Biography
Ayelet is an expert in business strategy, change management, employee engagement, social business and online communities. She works with leaders to transform their organizations. If you need a speaker, a master in implementing strategy and organizational change or a facilitator, Ayelet is your person. She has a unique gift for executing strategy through people and an uncanny ability to identify business problems and design results-oriented strategic plans. Her most recent projects include designing and executing strategic frameworks for the integration of communities.

Ayelet was the Chief Strategist, Cisco Canada and helped position Canada as the second largest revenue generating country for Cisco. Prior to that she was on the executive team of Cisco’s Emerging Markets, and was also the chief strategist for Cisco’s global mobile business. As a Cisco Leadership Fellow, she worked with 21 of the largest NGOs and developed a social networking handbook for social good. She works with youth in Africa on how to change their destiny by using social media tools and is on the board of goal4.org
