Biography
I’m a social media and content marketing consultant, New York Times best selling author and keynote speaker.

I’m President of Convince & Convert, a social media and content marketing consultancy that accelerates the success of major corporations, world-wide. A founder of five digital marketing consulting firms, I’ve worked with 30 of the FORTUNE 500 brands, including Nike, Sony, Caterpillar, WalMart and more.

At Convince & Convert, we provide social media audits and blueprints; social media strategic plans; content marketing audits and blueprints; content marketing strategic plans; social media and content marketing metrics assessments and dashboards; and employee training and activation programs. We also provide ongoing, retainer-based advice and counsel about social media, content marketing and digital marketing to major corporations and agencies across North America.

I was named one of America’s top social media consultants by Fast Company Magazine, and am the author of the New York Times best selling business book Youtility: Why Smart Marketing is About Help not Hype. I’m also co-author of The NOW Revolution, a leading book on social business transformation.
